Check your Internet history (Internet Explorer)

To view the history of Internet sites visited on your computer click on the    icon on the Internet Explorer toolbar.  This will break down the sites visited by day.  If there is nothing in this folder either no has been on the Internet on that computer or the Internet history has been cleared.
